The first session is a gentle introduction. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and start to get to know one another. You’re welcome to share at your own pace. My goal is to make sure you feel safe and supported.

Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Redlands, CA, and virtual therapy throughout California via a secure HIPAA-compliant tele-health platform.

You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation using the online calendar or by contacting me directly. It’s a chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether I’m the right therapist for you.

For individual therapy, the session fee is $175. For couples or family therapy, the session fee is $275

I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand your benefits.

EMDR is especially helpful if you’ve experienced a traumatic event and feel stuck in a cycle of distress. We’ll assess together whether it’s the right approach for your needs.

That’s okay. Many people feel uncertain about starting therapy. Our initial conversation is low-pressure and focused on your comfort. You’ll never be pushed to share more than you’re ready for.
